Default Multiple Guilds........

I think it would be cool if EACH character you have could if wanted to join a different guild. Don't know if its possible but still............or at least be able to have more then one guild.

Then get a new account. this is a bad idea. no one wants someone in there guild that wont be on as much cause theyre playing in other guilds on other chars. Like me I play my pvp char 90% of the time so other guilds only get me 10%? not exactly fair to them now is it?

that only works in games such as wow cause of the relms....since gw lets you play with anyone via International dis, mulitple guilds isnt going to work.

Only thing i could see handy about this :
I'm a PvE'er and am in a great PvE Guild but i do enjoy a few rounds of AB here and there. As a PvE'er cash is important and a recruiter was offering 5k cash for 5k faction transfer as a guild rule. It's not worth loosing the friends and help my current guild offers but it i would of been straight there if i was guild-less or could have more than one guild

I think alliances are the way to go here.

Wouldn't that be too promiscuous? It's different characters but only one player.

Guilds need purpose and drive, and that comes with player's commitment to the cause. Sometimes a guild needs your warrior, other times your ranger, etc...

I agree that Alliances already cover things nicely here, without turning things into an unruly mess. It allows you to make contact with other allied players.

other than alliances you can always be quested into their guilds for short periods of time. this way you can AB on their side of GvG with them. No need to join more than one guild. Also perhaps you missed the title of the game

GUILD WARS

Being in more than one might be a conflict in interests.

Ummmmmmm true but also they limit your alliance to a max of 10 I believe..........Dont know about you all but I have more then 10 friends lol........... ???? So I would agree with the alliance part if we could get more in there.

/notsigned I mean really...it couldn't be such a problem that they have to change the guild system.

This is what they have in WoW and in CoH. I find it very annoying having to get all my alts invited to a guild, and it just blotes the members list.
